What is the booking process for your services?
For booking, drop us a message on our Instagram page to share your vision. You can then select your preferred package on our website or social media pages. Afterwards, you'll fill out a form with project and personal deets to confirm your session. A partial deposit may be required.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?
No worries! Please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and situation, deposits may be refundable or credited toward a future session. We'll do our best to find a suitable alternative date for you.
What are your payment terms and refund policies?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments are made via e-transfer, with details included on your invoice. Refunds are allowed only under reasonable circumstances, but work already delivered is non-refundable.
Where and when will I receive my final deliverables?
Editing typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the package. All high-quality photos, videos, and designs will be delivered digitally via a secure download link on our website, ready for you to share on social media. We aim to get your files to you as quickly as possible once they're completed.
Do you offer posing or creative guidance during shoots?
Absolutely! We'll guide you with posing and creative direction, brainstorm concepts that fit your style, and make sure you and your ride looks fire in every shot. Whether it's your first time or you're an experienced enthusiast, we've got you covered.
